Note: We offer a free in-studio demo in North York so you can try and compare before you buy.

In-Studio Purchases (Try-Before-You-Buy)

Handpans purchased in person at our studio after the customer has tried and selected the instrument are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on in-studio purchases.
** For our current active students (those regularly attending weekly classes), we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of purchase.**

Online Orders & Shipped Items

For handpans purchased online and shipped to customers, returns are accepted only if the item arrives defective or damaged. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Eligibility Requirements

Item must be in original condition
Original packaging required
Proof of purchase required
Return authorization must be approved before sending any item back

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective items or approved cases, subject to availability.
